The Respectful Workplace

Prevention-oriented education to promote understanding and awareness of sexual harassment and discrimination. This means letting people know what sexual harassment IS and what it ISN'T.
This highly successful and popular workshop has been presented and received with great acclaim from coast to coast.

Advisor Training

Designed to equip administrators, human resources personnel, managers, corporate counsellors and union representatives to handle complaints and bring conflict resolution quickly and effectively.

Employee Sensitivity

This program helps organizations prevent liability and unlawful conduct in the workplace through education of employees needing discipline and/or greater awareness.

Management Sensitivity

Very similar to the Employee Sensitivity Awareness Training Program except specifically geared for management.

Internal Investigation

This program is designed to equip those needing to conduct an investigation into an employee complaint.

Workplace Bullying

Highly interactive workshops teach participants to recognize all the hallmarks of workplace bullying, and equally importantly, also teach what conflicts or workplace flare-ups do not constitute bullying.

Duty to Accommodate

Commonly involves employees with disabilities or particular religious beliefs. Designed to be interactive and industry-appropriate, our workshops draw upon real-life scenarios so that participants understand that they play a vital role in recognizing this all-important legal principle.
