COACHING
                              Coaching—sometimes  referred to as “executive coaching”—is a developmental tool whereby a coach  explores and enhances the leadership and working capacities of employees and  managers alike. Coaching allows for focused reflection, issue prioritizing, and  goal identification through one-on-one sessions. 
                              It  is a collaborative effort between the coach and the client, and is unique in  the sense that the client sets the goals to be achieved and the focus of  discussion. From these discussions, the client and the coach generate an agenda  for future action. The key to coaching is that it is completely non-judgmental  about where the client is in the present and focuses instead on where the  client wants to be, professionally speaking, in the future, and how to achieve  those results.   
                              This  approach has proven very effective in a number of areas such as work  productivity, work-life balance, interpersonal conflicts, and corporate  reorganization.
