The Integrity Group is a consulting firm of lawyers specializing in the prevention and resolution of workplace conflict such as sexual and other harassment and discrimination, bullying, and other workplace misconduct including violence.

The Integrity Group provides an extensive range of services including the following:
- Training to achieve and maintain a respectful workplace;
- Drafting and revising corporate policies;
- Independent investigation of all workplace conflicts including harassment and discrimination complaints, bullying, and workplace violence; and
- Conciliation services including mediation and external ombudsperson services.
The Integrity Group has developed several innovative workshops including the highly successful "Respectful Workplace" program which has been delivered across Canada to large and small organizations alike and in both the public and private sector. The primary goal of this program is to promote dignity and respect within an organization whether at the employee-manager level, the departmental level, or for an entire corporate environment.
As neutral third-parties, The Integrity Group does not work exclusively for either trade unions/employees or management, and we routinely work in both non-union and unionized environments including those with multiple bargaining units. One of our controlling principles is to maintain a balanced and fair perspective through our independence.
