Collection and use of personal information

The Integrity Group sometimes collects information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers and personal messages submitted or posted by our website visitors or clients, or when a questionnaire is completed. This information provided will be treated carefully and respectfully, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented explicitly or by implication. Specifically, The Integrity Group does NOT sell, trade or rent your personal information for advertising or any other purpose. We only share identifiable information with those parties entrusted with the processing of your account and/or invoice, and for our promotional emails. We note that we offer both an “opt-in” and “opt-out” choice regarding our promotional emails, and further note that we will send on average only one newsletter per quarter.

Your personal information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors of The Integrity Group who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential have access to this information.

Disclosure of personal information

The Integrity Group may share information with government agencies or other parties assisting us in such matters as fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when permitted or required by law, when preventing or protecting against actual or potential fraud, or unauthorized transactions, or when investigating fraud which has already occurred. The information is NOT provided for any marketing purposes.

This website does not use cookies, but does use tracking technology. Tracking technology is useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the website, and understanding how visitors use the website.  This tracking information will NOT be shared with third-parties.

The Integrity Group is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of websites other than its own.
