OUR
                                PHILOSOPHY
The Integrity Group recognizes that when employees feel safe, secure, and respected in their work environments, they are happier, more productive, and cooperative, and are also more respectful of their colleagues and superiors and will deal with day-to-day work challenges problems more effectively.
While The Integrity Group also understands that within any organization, workplace conflicts are inevitable, it is notable that they often arise when an organization fails to take a stand against harassing, bullying, or discriminatory behaviour. These conflicts, if not properly addressed, create unhealthy and disruptive environments that worsen with time and often affect other employees or departments.
The Integrity Group has found that time and again employers should be proactive and creative in order to resolve these harmful situations before they develop into formal complaints, litigation, or make negative headlines in the media.
The Integrity Group helps organizations accomplish these goals via educational initiatives such as individual coaching, group presentations, and small group workshops; we also have access to a national network of experts in a number of legal, human rights, and human resources fields that have extensive expertise in instruction, investigation, and facilitation/mediation.
Whether your organization is experiencing workplace conflict, needs preventative policies, or wants up-to-date information about a human rights issue,The Integrity Group can provide all of these services quickly, comprehensively, and in the most cost-effective method possible. |
